What We Are Building

Three layers working together: a strong VS Code brain for planning, MCP hands that execute inside the FCG stack, and memory that keeps playbooks, RAG, and run evidence current.

Brain — Grok / Claude-class models plan hard fixes and architecture.
Hands — mcp.forevercouchgang.space repo, git, Railway, OBS, OpenToonz, and video tools.
Memory — 2,515 knowledge chunks plus semantic search and audited run bundles.

Five horizons total. Foundation is done; four remain.

Horizon 0 — Foundation (complete): MCP, chat API, RAG, and agent tools are live.
Horizon 1 — FCG Code Specialist (next): coder models, fix playbooks, and one-session supervised bug fixes.
Horizon 2 — Full-Service Operator: public bug intake plus OBS, Lumia, and OpenToonz golden paths.
Horizon 3 — Democratized Coding: guided fix wizard, beginner summaries, and voice companion MVP.
Horizon 4 — Steady State: median one-session fixes, stream and animation from chat, full audit trail.

Public chat this month is also a training lane. Questions, answers, citations, and usage metadata are recorded so Couchy can learn from real community language, not synthetic prompts alone.
